Warm Hub & Soup Kitchen

We create moments of joy. On some weeks we play music, have a bit of dancing, or watch a film. These small moments help people relax, talk, and feel part of a community again.

About the Campaign

Warm Hub is a Hands of Hope community project by Treasure Inclay International, supported by the Community Fund. We open our doors every Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00. You can walk in without a referral or ID. You will find a safe space, a hot meal, and people who listen. The aim is simple. Feed people, reduce isolation, and point guests to help that makes weekly life easier.

Each Saturday morning, volunteers arrive early to cook fresh meals. The menu changes with donations and seasons. You will often find soups, pastries, and a mix of simple dishes made from fresh ingredients. Tea and coffee are always on. Before guests leave, we offer a small parcel of non-perishable food and toiletries when stocks allow.

The room is warm and friendly. You can sit quietly or chat with a volunteer. We listen first. With your permission, we can signpost local services for housing advice, benefits, GP registration, mental health support, recovery, training, or work. We do not handle casework on site. We connect you with partners who can help during the week.

We also create moments of joy. On some weeks we play music, have a bit of dancing, or watch a film. These small moments help people relax, talk, and feel part of a community again. Over time, guests tell us they feel seen and encouraged. Some reconnect with family. Some start a course or find work. Others simply know they can get through the next few days.

Donation Details
Your support keeps the doors open. Regular gifts help us buy ingredients and restock essentials. If you pay UK tax, please add Gift Aid so we receive an extra 25p for every £1 you give. If you prefer to give items, tinned goods, long-life milk, pasta, rice, cereal, tea, coffee, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, and sanitary pads are always useful. You can drop donations before we open on Saturdays or contact us to arrange a weekday drop.

Volunteer help is vital. Roles include set-up, cooking, serving, table hosting, and clean-down. First-time volunteers get a short briefing on food safety, safeguarding, and how to welcome guests with dignity. If you want to sponsor a service, run a workplace collection, or provide surplus food, we will work with you to plan it.

Give Today
If you need support, join us this Saturday between 11:00 and 14:00 at Treasure Inclay International, 523 Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1DN. If you want to volunteer or partner, contact us. If you can give financially, use the donation link below. Your gift funds fresh meals, toiletries, and the safe space people count on each week.
